Modular Hydraulic Drive Air Compressor
The
B-600 hydraulic drive unit is a compact, light weight unit designed to
fit just about anywhere on your vehicle's body; in a cabinet, on the deck,
on the frame rail. All components (including the cooler) are mounted on
a common frame complete with hydraulic motor.
Rotary screw design guarantees a continuous output of 60 cfm without the need for air tanks or build up time. Noise, heat and wear are also reduced giving you a quiet, efficient supply of compressed air when you need it, for as long as you need.
The BOSS PTO Model B-600 is the ideal compressor for your support vehicles.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
- BOSS oil-flooded, rotary screw air-end designed to produce up to 60 cfm @ 110 psig continuously.
- Two year warranty on air-end.
- Oil receiver tank with filler port and lubricant level sight glass.
- Self-contained separator element with easy access spin-on housing.
- Hydraulic motor with pulleys and belts mounted.
- Aerodynamically designed cooling package with automatic thermal sensing control to ensure proper operating temperatures.
- Replaceable spin-on compressor lubricant filter with safety bypass and 25 micron rating.
- Instrumentation to include: hourmeter, compressor lubricant temperature gauge and air pressure gauge. (All guages are electric.)
- Hoses, fittings, electrical wire and hardware necessary for standard installation.
- Safety devices to include: minimum pressure device, compressor lube hi-temp safety system, automatic blowdown device, high pressure relief valve and necessary warning and information decals.
- All components are frame mounted, plumbed and wired for easy installation.
- Operation, parts and maintenance manual.
