Paint Finish and Protection

Brutus service bodies and decks come standard with a smooth and seamless finish with
no exposed weld joints that is unmatched in the service truck industry. Each and every
truck body is fully manufactured and assembled for a perfect fit and finish prior to being
fully disassembled for the bodywork and paint process. Brutus bodies come standard with
premium quality PPG Delfleet polyurethane paint in your choice of flat or metallic finish.
To help maintain the beautiful finish on our bodies we apply clear 3M vinyl coatings to
the cabinet front, bottom, and wheel well edges. To protect the wheel well areas from
road debris we apply Gator Guard, while all stepping surfaces like the cargo bay and rear
steps come with ant-skid Hippo Liner coatings. Cabinet fronts are protected by full width
and height sheets of glue bonded aluminum diamond plate or brushed stainless steel.
These protective measures combined with high quality paint and stainless steel hardware
and components means you will have a long trouble free life with your Brutus service
truck.
